RYA training is by far the best marine standard training in the world but like all training companies it comes down to how helpful the trainers are.

Unlike a lot of RYA training Centres You and Sea will not cancel a course if its not fully booked and often run them with less people if they feel it will help the people attending i.e. a less experienced group.

They also are very keen to know why you are on the course as often they will impart/teach specific additional elements (subject to time) that is specific to your own boat.

Having used them ourselves you will find that not only will you enjoy the course but the extra bits of advice to be extremely helpful.

Private and Commercial

You and Sea RYA training covers the wide spectrum of courses from the RYA including popular courses like the Power Boat Level 2, VHF Radio Course, First Aid to RYA qualifications required to pilot commercial boats.

They will also explain what options you have if you are looking to gain further skills as a private boater or looking to get more commercial endorsements required for career progression.

Bespoke Courses

You and Sea RYA training are happy to provide bespoke courses on request and will focus the course on the main topic(s) you would like covered.

Own Boat Training

You and Sea are happy to use their own boats for sailing and power boat training but are just as happy to provide it using your own boat.
