Shipping Policy

We strive to offer the cheapest shipping rates whilst still maintaining a fast and reliable service. Please read below for more shipping information.

Domestic Shipping

We currently use Royal Mail for postage to the UK including the Scottish islands however this is subject to change as we are always looking to lower this cost.

Invoices

An invoice is included with all orders as standard and includes our VAT number.

Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at accounts@ashtonmarineservices.co.uk . Then send the un-opened item back within 30 days of your order’s ship date and receive a full refund (less the shipping costs). Please ensure that all returned items are sufficiently well packaged as we do not accept responsibility for items that are damaged in transit.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact accounts@ashtonmarineservices.co.uk and if possible include a picture of the damaged item.

Returns Procedure

To send an item back, mail it to: Ashton Marine Services Ltd  51 Scalloway Road  Gartcosh  Glasgow G69 8LG Your return will be processed immediately after we receive it. We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items
