What we like

• At less than 7kg it really is easy to carry and use.

Limitations

The ePropulsion eLite is not designed for users who will use the tender in strong currents and tides.

The standard shaft length is also misleading as it really is an extra short shaft engine so only suitable for some tenders. For this reason we strongly recommend the adjustable long shaft version which strangely is actually a short shaft in length. 

If you want more versatility and still very light weight that can handle strong currents/ tides etc then then the Remigo One Neo with inbuilt battery is stunning at 12kg including the inbuilt battery

RemigoOne Neo

This has inbuilt 1Kwh battery so double the ePropulsion elite and has double the power (1.5kw compared to 750w in boost mode) and is still very easy to carry.

This is the best lightweight portable versatile solution on the market.  It also has adjustable shaft length that maximises efficiency but also means it will work on all boats.

It also has the option of remote control throttle, a higher tiller arm angle and we found it to be the easiest to use.
