Protecting boat trailers / launch vehicles

Regardless of who you have purchased a boat a trailer from galvanic corrosion will make the U bolts rust and the brake cable should also be protected.

Lanoshield was designed to stop this corrosion happening and is pressure washer safe, non toxic and quick and easy to apply.

Simply put a very thin layer of grease on the U bolt threads and apply once a year.  It really is that simple and will save you a lot of money.

The liquid is better for the brake cable ( simply put some on a cloth and apply along the full length) and also for protecting your launch vehicle. This will not just stop it rusting but it will also help prevent the axle rubber bushes from cracking.

Other Options

Flushing kits are very simple and cheap  to add  to a braked trailer.  These are strongly recommended as replacing brakes is costly and time consuming.  It is also illegal to tow if the brakes are not working and obviously improves safety.
